• Can I keep the phone number I already have?

  Yes! Just dial 611 and talk to customer service about it. You’ll be talking directly with the carrier, no middle man to slow you down. * Note we recommend porting your number before your pre-paid service starts or at the beginning of your next pre-paid cycle. Dial 611 and port your number before activating your PIN with the carrier.

• Can I switch my phone plan if I want to?

  Absolutely! With LifeMobile, you’re in control of your mobile phone service at all times. Just pre-pay for the service you like. *Note, you will be responsible to use a phone compatible with the carrier you choose and changing your phone number to the new carrier will be your responsibility. Remember, you’re in control.

• Can I use smart phones like iPhones, Blackberry and Android?

  Yes! LifeMobile has full use of talk, text & data plans for most smart phones. The phone must be unlocked and capable of working on pre-paid services. Use our store locator feature in our website to locate a local technician to help you prepare your phone for LifeMobile’s service. Go to http://lifemobile.net

• Do I have to buy a special phone?

  Most phones are capable of working on the “prepaid” side. As long as your phone is unlocked, LifeMobile can most likely provide service to your existing phone. We have service partners in your area to assist you in unlocking and/or setting up your phone on LifeMobile’s service.

• Do I have to recruit 3 people on the same mobile phone service I have?

  No! All of our unlimited plans will qualify you for our 3 and free program. Just pick the plan that works for you and let your friends pick the plans that are right for them. No matter which unlimited plans they pick, get 3 and yours is FREE! (This option is only available to preferred customers and affiliates)

• Do I have to sign a contract?

  No! LifeMobile offers all of our services on the “prepaid” side. You pay in advance for the service you’ll use so there’s never any need for a contract or cancellation fee.

• Do I pay the phone carrier directly for my service plan?

  No! LifeMobile will keep your credit card on file in your LifeMobile back office website. LifeMobile will bill your credit card 3 days before your service renews and issue a new PIN number for your next 30 days of service. You can always find your PIN numbers (both past and present) in your back office. LifeMobile will email your PIN to you as a courtesy each month at least 3 days before your refill is due. After you receive your PIN, simply dial 611 and refill your account.

• Does LifeMobile offer 4G data speed?

  Yes! LifeMobile has certain providers that do offer 4G data with their unlimited plans, for example, T-Mobile and Simple Mobile. Please see the “view plans” section of our website or ask your LifeMobile affiliate partners to help you choose the right service plans for your family or business.

• Is there training for the compensation plan or phone services?

  Yes! Please attend all live and online events to get a detailed overview of the LifeMobile Business Opportunity. We will have a full schedule of business opportunity meetings and trainings for you to attend, but make sure you have OPTED IN to receive email and text message alerts to stay informed of all LifeMobile live events and trainings by visiting: http://lifemobile.net

• What If I need more data on my prepaid phone plan?

  LifeMobile has the most common data plans offered today. Search through our diverse offering of phone plans to find the monthly service that’s right for you. If you need more data, you’ve got it! Simply buy more data PINS in your back office as you need them.

• Where can I see the Compensation Plan?

  Please go to www.lifemobile.net and click on the Opportunity in the main menu. You can view the slideshow presentatin of the Compensation Plan and you can download a copy for yourself. At the bottom of the slide show you will see little icon that looks like a gear. Click on this gear and then click on Download as PDF.
